When I first saw this scarf in the shop, I immediately loved the hearts and anchors and it's colours. However, I wasn't a big fan of seahorses on the edges. So, I didn't buy it. A week later, I went back to the shop and had an idea!

I bought the scarf, went home and cut off the edges I didn't like. I hemmed the edges of the middle section. Then I took the narrow pieces I'd cut off, sewed together the long edges, measured and cut it into two pieces. Last, I titivated the short ends.

So now, I have a scarf, a headband and an accessory bow instead of one scarf! They match with each other and I don't have to see the seahorses.
